Greenbox Architecture engaged Mammoth Projects Pty to undertake the works of the deconstruction of an existing office interior and construction of new office to accommodate Singapore Airlines needs.

The new layout spread over 350m2 consists of 27 generous workstations and 5 hot desks with height adjustable desk tops. Utilities area includes an 8m2 compactus, storage cupboards and a biometric terminal installed. Entry to reception includes an unmanned reception beautifully decorated with cleverly picked out finishes including timber engineered flooring, stone cladding to signage wall and reception desk together with appointed leather to waiting bench seat. Clients can easily be lead through reception into two individual meeting rooms that can easily be transformed into one large boardroom by the operable wall divider. Energy saving lights were part of the service design by using the latest technology of LED’s throughout the tenancy which includes wireless emergency and exit lighting cleverly designed to communicate with the SACL grid system for monitoring and servicing.
