Mammoth Projects delivered a modern office fit out for Abbott Pharmaceuticals. The project had a focus on services, and the fit-out included the following notable features:

• Installation of interconnecting structural steel staircase and slab penetration
• Main communications room
• Facilities for pump service rooms, diagnostics rooms, catalyst rooms
• Four types of feature ceilings
• A fire engineered solution that required we build a portal frame to fix fire retardant plasterboard and create a point of fire separation
• A complete upgrade of the entire building’s automatic fire protection and sprinkler system
