Incu (Twin Investments Pty Ltd) engaged mammoth Projects to conduct the new build of a retail outlet, office and high-end warehouse in Rosebery. These projects all pay tribute to Mammoth Projects management and site teams, collaborating with the client and their dedicated architect and superintendent, Akin Atelier.

These complete internal works consist of polished, raw concrete balanced with premium timber finishes, floor to ceiling windows, feature lighting and a bespoke feature ceiling to the central office corridor. The clean lines of the outlet shop fixtures are softened with a warm and textured palette of timber, brick and terracotta, materials in keeping with the Incu brand.

Incu’s Rosebery Head Quarters was carefully constructed to meet the clients design brief. Through collaboration, the results were a balance of textured, raw materials, detailed craftsmanship, and play on light that also successfully met the business’s functional requirements. Mammoth achieved a modern style head office, with multiple spacious meeting rooms, a central reception area and instilled open work desk space throughout.
