The Growers is a contemporary and casual indoor-outdoor bar and eatery located in the lovely Shoalhaven region of the NSW South Coast, where the coast meets the country. 

Set in a beautiful natural environment, with a large garden and views of the countryside the project scope called for 3 separate indoor and an additional 4 outdoor dining spaces along with new commercial kitchens to support both areas. 

With a seating capacity of 175 inside and 275 outside in our covered areas, the newly created dining precinct featured a vast outdoor landscaped area including two auto louvred systems, one over a dining space and another for the children’s play area. 

Mammoth constructed the expansive outdoor garden  – a place of gathering and interaction filled with plant-covered pergolas, a fire pit, a kiosk, and a play area. Each separate built space was designed as a unique area, using natural timbers, greenery and textured stones designed by Pony Design Co.

Mammoth was awarded the 2021 Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards for Extensions, Renovations & Refurbishments and the Commercial Builder of the Year for our work on The Growers.
